Barstool no. 18 was created in 1876, next to pattern no. 14 it is the second exceptionally successful world model by Michael Thonet. It differs from its famous relative only in a detail in the backrest. The chair has been consistently valued for years for its quality and durability, which it owes to traditional hand bending.
