🚚 Delivery Charges
- FREE delivery on all orders over €500 (ex. VAT).
- Orders under €500 (ex. VAT) are charged at a standard delivery rate of €10 (ex. VAT) per item.
- For international deliveries, please contact our sales team for a personalised shipping quotation.
📦 Delivery Times
- In-stock items are normally dispatched within 2 working days.
- Made-to-order and non-stock items will display an estimated delivery time on the product page. If you require a more accurate delivery date, please contact our sales team.
🏢 Delivery Information
- Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance as standard.
- Deliveries to multi-storey buildings or locations requiring additional handling may incur an extra charge.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
- We will contact you by phone or email approximately 24 hours before delivery to confirm your delivery date and time.
- If a delivery has been confirmed and no one is available to receive the goods, an additional delivery charge may apply.
