Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receiving the goods to request a return or exchange. Goods returned will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resale-able condition. Custom made goods will not be accepted as returns unless there is a fault in the products in which case we will repair or replace the products. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of Chair Business receiving the returns back.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders must be submitted in writing via mail or email. Chair Business will charge a 25% handling fee of the deposit paid. For custom made products we will not issue any refund for cancellations on orders where deposits has been paid.

 Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event, where you find your goods to be faulty, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods, and we will assist you in every way we can to rectify the problem.

We will request goods to be sent back for inspection, or we will visit your premises to inspect.

If it is agreed by Chair Business that the product has a manufacturing fault, we will replace the item/s.
